Question: How do you get the red jewel in decisions,decisions in resident evil outbreak?

I saw the clock that you have to rotate to a number then i picked something up and it had number codes on it said at the end "hour 90 minute 81 ". does that link to the red jewel or how do you solve the clock puzzle?if that does not lead to the red jewel what do i have to do to find it?
