Question: Is resident evil 4 for ps2 a good game?

I was just wondering whether to get resident evil 4 for ps2 or not is it good? bad? tell the truth

This is an Amazing title on the PS2 an absolute Must-have, the controls are tighter than any resident evil before it, the cutscenes keep you in the edge of your seat with button cues, theres so many weapons and upgrades, treasures and secrets, not to mention the PS2 version features the Lazercannon weapon, I forget its exact name, as well as the extended Ada story. The game itself, is a decent sized story, I wont wreck any of it for you, But you will want to play through Over and over again, looking for treasures, saving for the Unlimited Ammo weapons [like the ChicagoTypewriter, also only in ps2 version] the cut scenes will never get old, having to press buttons to interact during a time you thought you could relax All the weapons feature laser targeting, this keeps aiming quick in a fast paced game. The only letdown in the absence of multiplayer in this title. I would highly recommend you purchase it :D

I've heard it's the best Resident Evil game so far. I have RE5. Not too bad.

Its an amazing game, i played thu it i know 7 times...amazing game..if i had a ps2 id damn sure buy it again

Hell yeah! Honestly, buy this game. I played it twice (which is very rare for me). It's the best resident evil so far. I bought resident evil 5. Big mistake. Resident evil 4 is the best one so far. BUY THIS GAME!!!

I have it for Gamecube and it's good. The PS2 version has slightly worse graphics because of the PS2's inferior graphics capabilities. However, that version does have an additional story--that ties into the main story--in which you play as a woman.

Resident Evil 4 is one of the better games, both in the RE series and for the PS2. I personally liked the over-the-shoulder camera perspective, and the game was fun all throughout. However, it is not as scary as some of the previous games.

Resident Evil 4 is the best PS2 game in my opinion, it is alot better then the 5th one
