I know that if you beat the game resident evil 4 wii edition once, you unlock separate ways minigame. if you beat that, you get the typewriter chicago for the main game. WQell, i started a professional mode game AND beat the ada game, but didnt get the gun. if i overwrite the firts separate ways game, would i get the gun for purchase? please give me details

i stuck in the bit where im in the castle i need to finda route to get to ashley cus she's been traped i am just after the bit where u first see ada wong then this is where im stuck the next room is in the dinning room where there is a room behind a gate thing and i cant get to it right of that is a bell and wen u ring it it flips over a bit of wall and makes a picture of a dinner table 0.o then to the right of that bit there is another door that takes u back to where u came from please help if u know where i am and how to get to ashley thanx

in the island lvl of resident evil 4. there is an area that looks like a jail toucher cells. but before that there is a red dumpster, when u open it, there is a beg that wiggles around after awile. I shoot it so i didnt find out what it was or what it did, so im asking. what is it? and what was it supose 2 do?
